Analysis on the sales prospect of load cell

The load cell is called the heart part of the electronic weighing instrument. With the rapid development of science and technology, the electronic weighing instrument made of weighing sensor has been widely used in all walks of life, realizing fast and accurate weighing of materials. Especially with the appearance of microprocessors and the continuous improvement of industrial production process automation, the weighing sensor has become a necessary device in process control. From the weight measurement of large tanks and hoppers that could not be weighed before, and the measurement and control system of crane scales and truck scales, to the batching system for mixing and distributing multiple raw materials, the automatic detection in the production process, and the control of the feeding amount of powder particles, weighing sensors have been applied. By 2022, load cells have been used in almost all weighing fields.

The load cell is a branch with the longest history, the widest application and relatively mature technology in the whole sensor family. The development of load cells in China originates from the mechanical testing in the aerospace field of military enterprises, and its history can be traced back to the 1960s. The rapid development of China's weighing instrument industry has promoted the development of China's weighing sensor manufacturing enterprises. Especially in the past decade, the continuous expansion of application fields and the continuous increase of the number of applications have promoted the formation of a strong industrial group in the manufacturing of load cells. It has a far-reaching and positive impact on China's weighing instrument industry and even the industrial automation field.
