Installation of three pulley tension sensor

The tension sensor can be installed in two ways. The first way is to fix the bearing seat on the base by using the bolt hole for fixing the bearing seat. The other is to fix the bearing pedestal with the optional plate. During installation, attention should be paid to the cause of inaccurate tension measurement. When the tension sensing equipment is connected to weak wires such as signal wires, switching values and output terminals, it should be kept away from strong wires as far as possible to avoid electromagnetic signals interfering with tension detection. In practical applications, factors such as output sensitivity, temperature compensation range, zero point temperature effect, rated load, limit compliance, etc. are also factors that affect inaccurate tension measurement.
