Working principle:

The weighing bridge is mounted on the conveying frame, and when the material passes, the measuring idler detects the weight of the material on the belt conveyor, and acts as a weighing sensor through a lever to produce a voltage signal which is directly proportional to the load of the belt. The speed sensor is connected directly to the large diameter speed measuring cylinder to provide a series of pulses, each pulse representing a belt moving unit, and the frequency of the pulse is proportional to the belt speed. The weighing instrument receives signals from weighing sensors and speed sensors, and obtains an instantaneous flow value and accumulated weight values through integral operation, and displays them respectively.
