Debugging:
1.Zero adjustment
First of all, the system is in the no-load state, adjust the mark "ZERO" potentiometer to adjust the bias. Measure the output current or voltage with a multimeter, so that the indication is as close as possible to the zero point. Otherwise, when the magnification is changed, the zero point changes will become larger.
2.Gain adjustment
The system load weight (recommended value range: 80%~100%FS), to calculate the output current value according to the loading weight and weighing value ratio, digital multimeter monitoring output potentiometer to adjust the gain of the amplifier rotation mark "SPAN".
3.Re-examination
The system is in no-load state, measuring the output of zero point, loading a certain weight, measuring whether the output voltage is in line with the expected magnification. If not, repeat steps 1 and 2 again.
